Surekote™ Systems are a proprietary coating systems designed to deliver the best precess and coatings for its particular application. The Surekote™ Systems are broken into three distinctive process the first being Powder or Wet spray over steel, aluminum & Alloys. The second is a flouropolymer coating system utilizing a certified process required in the application of flouropolymers over steel, aluminum & Alloys. The third are coatings over Galvanized materials both Powder or Wet finishes.
These systems are not just made up of special proprietary coatings, but it also includes the application process that those coatings are to be applied. This is key and only a certified applicator who has been trained can provide these coatings to meet the processes requirements.
Surekote 6™ Systems is a 3 or 5 year system designed as economical application that still provides a superior coating than standard Powder coating or Wet Spray.
Surekote 10™ Systems are a 8 or 10 Year system designed as a Premiere application that provides substantially better than a standard Powder coating or Wet Spray system.
Surekote 12™ Systems are a 12 or 15 Year system designed as the ultimate application that provides the best upgrade to a standard Powder coating or Wet Spray system.
Surekote FP/Q 10™ Systems are a 5 or 10 Year system designed as a Premiere application that provides substantially better than a standard Powder coating or Wet Spray system utilizing a fluoropolymer or Q Series coatings. Matches or Exceeds AAMA 2603 & AAMA 2604 Requirements
Surekote FP/Q 12™ Systems are a 15 Year system designed as a ultimate application that provides the best upgrade to a standard Powder coating or Wet Spray system utilizing a flouropolymer or Q Series coating. Matches or Exceeds AAMA 2605 Requirements
Surekote-Galv 10™ Systems is a 10 year system designed as a Premier application that substantially exceeds Colorgalv® or comparable systems available. This process is available in both Powder Coating or Wets Spray finish.
Surekote-Galv 12™ Systems is a 20 year system designed as a Premier application that substantially exceeds Colorgalv® or comparable systems available. This process is available in both Powder Coating or Wets Spray finish.
Available Coatings:
SureKote-Z™ is a proprietary Zinc Finish that is designed to be used in the SureKote™ Application Process. This coating alone will provide 5000 hrs of salt spray protection without a second coat.
SureKote-E™ is a proprietary Epoxy Finish that is designed to be used in the SureKote™ Application Process. This coating alone will provide 5000 hrs of salt spray protection without a second coat.
SureKote-Grip™ is a proprietary Intermediate Primer Finish that is designed to be used in the SureKote™ Application process over a first coat of zinc or epoxy and has a special property that helps interlock the primer coats to the final finish. This coating when added to a base primer provides in excess of 12000 hrs of salt spray protection without a final coat.
SureKote-FP™ is a flouropolymer type of coating that utilizes one of the industries available coating such as Duranar, Coraflon, Kynar, Sher Nar, FluoroKem, Fluropon, & Surekote-Fluoronpon. Providing superior UV and Mar resistance that meets AAMA 2605 specifications on aluminum substrates. It is also used on steel substrates as well and provides an excellent coating systems for exposed architectural projects.
SureKote-SD™ is a proprietary Super Durable Finish that is designed to be used in the SureKote™ Application Process over any of the SureKote™ primer systems. This coating when used in conduction with a SureKote Primer will provide anywhere from 12000 hrs to off the chart of salt spray protection.
SureKote-Q™ is a proprietary system finish that is designed to be used in the SureKote™ Application Process over a SureKote™ primer systems. This coating when used in conduction with a SureKote Primer will provide anywhere from 12000 hrs to off the chart of salt spray protection. It Also Exceeds AAMA 2605 Requirments on aluminum substrates. It is also used on steel substrates as well and provides an excellent coating systems for exposed architectural projects.
Clear Coat finishes can be added to any of the systems above to give the maximum UV protection available along with increased wearing durability. This is an excellent addition to hand rails, stair systems and any items that will be subjected to direct sunlight for extended times and/or located in high traffic areas. Talk to one of our technicians for recommendations on utilizing this option. All Clear Coats are available in Standard, Fluoropolymer blend or Super Durable blend.
